* Notes when purchasing LPs
- Due to the nature of the paper material, small creases and damages to the cover or inside pages, other than defects in the disc itself, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Even if the disc surface is uneven or warped, returns or exchanges are only possible if there is a problem when playing.
- For color vinyl, dye spots or color differences that occur during the manufacturing process cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Color vinyl may have differences in color from the web image and the actual color, and there may be color differences for each album during the manufacturing process. Returns and exchanges due to this cannot be made.
 
* Notes on LP playback
- Returns and exchanges are not possible for playback failures that occur on integrated popular audio, tonearm, and playback devices without stylus pressure adjustment functions. Please play on a device that can adjust the tonearm.
- If the disc center hole diameter is small or does not fit the spindle, the problem can be solved by grinding the hole in the disc.
- If there is foreign matter on the cartridge needle, it may interfere with playback, so please remove static electricity and dust before playing.
- The playback feel unique to LP products is not a defect.
- Please check the RPM of the product you purchased and play it at the correct RPM on your playback device.
