Shipping Policy, refund & Cancellations

  1. Only the email address provided will receive tracking IDs. Make sure to include your accurate email address, where you'd like to receive updates.

  2. By default, the album version option is random. If you want to order a certain version, you can ask the seller, but this is not a guarantee.

  3. If your order does not come within the specified time frame, you can exchange it for another (if not only then). 

  4. You will not receive preorder gifts if a product sells out before the preorder period expires.

  5. Various K-seller websites have different preorder gifts, hence it will vary website to website. Unless specified preorder gift would be standard in most cases. 

  6. Preorder gifts from Weverse, K-pop, Ktown4U, ‘Kpopindiamerch’, and Cokodive are different and should not be confused with each other.

  7. If posters are included in the order, they will be delivered folded by default.

  8. Posters are not included for albums that have passed pre- order period. 

  9. Items would be delivered in 35-45 days for on hand or cash on delivery orders and regular batch orders.

  10. For albums on preorder it would be shipped 60 days after the date of preorder ends.

  11. 30-45 days delivery validity is not applicable for items on preorder. 

  12.  If it is a batch order, it'll be delivered 30-45 days after the month ends.

  13.  Only items that have been sold out will be refunded.

  14. Refund can be initiated only from sellers side.

  15. Sold out products can be swapped for new items or merchandise, time period resetting back at day 0.

  16.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

  17.  ‘Kpopindiamerch’ is not responsible for lost or damaged products.

  18.  ‘Kpopindiamerch’ shall not be held liable for merchandise shipment if a package is on RTO or has been returned.

  19.  ‘Kpopindiamerch’ shall not be held liable for merchandise shipment for reshipping, the customer is responsible for the costs of reshipping and packaging.

  20. Reshipping for an RTO product doesn’t have a fixed timeline, re-shipping would be done at the end of the month, after receiving the return at the convenience of the seller. There is no grantee shipping duration for the same. 

  21.  ‘Kpopindiamerch’ is not responsible for exterior damage during in transit.

  22. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ is not responsible for outbox damage.

  23. Damaged product cannot be issued for a return or refund.

  24. Disputes and discrepancies will only be accepted if a completed unboxing video from opening of seal to full opening of product is submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  25.  ‘Kpopindiamerch’ will not be held liable for any misplaced shipments.

  26. If a preorder shows as sold out even though it is on preorder, ‘Kpopindiamerch’ will not be made responsible for the preorder arrangements.

  27.  ‘Kpopindiamerch’ is only liable for pre-orders placed through their store, not those placed through official korean companies.

  28.  Every order comes with gift freebies that cannot be refunded.

  29.  You can ask for and purchase an unfolded poster for Rs. 250, only if it’s available at that time.  However, you should never assume that a poster is included in an order without confirming.

  30.  Posters for older albums that were released three months after their original release date will not be provided.

  31.  A SplitGo would be automatically dissolute  if it did not obtain 70% of claims.

  32.  Custom charges are non negotiable.

  33.  International charges are non negotiable.

  34.  If multiple orders are shipped to the same address, domestic shipping charges can be negotiated.

  35.   If you placed multiple orders and expect them to arrive at the same time, the delivery duration for 30-45 days is not applicable.  The shipment time depends on ‘Kpopindiamerch’,  but if you want your multiclaim items shipped individually, the shipping days are applied to you according to the plans.

  36.  Please allow ‘Kpopindiamerch’  12- 24 hours to respond or communicate with you regarding a query.

  37.  Unofficial merchandise will be shipped 15 days after the order is placed. Preorders are not eligible.

  38.  Unofficial merch on preorder will ship 15 days after preorders are closed.

  39.  Defamation is taken very seriously by ‘Kpopindiamerch’. If you are dissatisfied with our service, kindly let us know, via feedback. 

  40.  ‘Kpopindiamerch’ would only provide store credits or items that ‘Kpopindiamerch’ deems fit.

  41.  If you want to communicate with a specific team member, the wait time is determined by that person's availability. It can range from 24 to 48 hours.

  42.  Please make sure that the instagram account handle you're paying from is the one you entered in the form.

  43. If a customer decides to transfer/give up a slot, they should find their own transferee, ‘Kpopindiamerch’ is not responsible to arrange an alternative buyer. 

  44.  Please ensure that every transaction screenshots are labelled and shared in the relevant account's conversation.

  45.  Transaction id should be visible clearly in every screenshot.

  46.  If a customer has chosen to pay in installments, it is their obligation to follow through on the payment plan they have chosen.

  47.  Delay in installment payment will result in a delay in item shipment. In such circumstances, delays in shipping dates are unavoidable.

  48.  There will be no refund if you do not finish the installments.

  49.  There are no penalties for delaying an installment payment. However, the product's waiting and delivery times will differ. This kind of shipment is not eligible for compensation in the event of a shipping delay.

  50.  If you have not received your freebies, please contact ‘Kpopindiamerch’. You have the option of claiming store credit.

  51. If a product is sold out on the website where it was originally listed and you still want to order it, ‘Kpopindiamerch’ will try to order it from another source (on request) . If such a product is found, the price will be determined by the reseller rather than the price mentioned on the ‘Kpopindiamerch’ website.

  52. Reseller prices are non negotiable.

  53. Discounts can be offered upon request, on purchase of more than 4 items.

  54.  Only DHL is used by ‘Kpopindiamerch’ for international shipping. As a result, only DHL rates would apply.

  55. If DHL raises its prices, international shipping prices will rise as well. There would be a reduction in price in international shipping if DHL reduced their prices.

  56.  We will accept 'no returns' once the product has been unpacked/unsealed/used. A return is only valid if ‘Kpopindiamerch’ agrees to it and/or  issues it.

  57.  A return can be issued if an order is accidentally shipped twice, these types of returns would be borne by ‘Kpopindiamerch’.

  58.  If a customer  brings up a discrepancy or a flaw that can be resolved, the customer will be rewarded as a token of goodwill.

  59.  Prices on sale will differ from those on the website, past posts and GOs.

  60.  Only in-stock or on-hand items would be sold in flash sales.

  61.  In post, description, and website, sale prices would differ from standard rates.

  64.  ‘Kpopindiamerch’ doesn’t  not promote, reshare, retweet and sell products or information of individuals who are not direct customers or affiliated to ‘Kpopindiamerch’.

  65. Other stores or resellers are not the responsibility of ‘Kpopindiamerch’. Comparision of products and pricing of other stores does not influence or are applicable to ‘Kpopindiamerch’.

  66.  The prices offered by ‘Kpopindiamerch’ cannot be compared to those offered by resellers or retailers.

  67. Once a COD order is placed and the customer has pledged, the order cannot be cancelled, such a order would then lead to getting banned/blacklisted from the store.

  68. Freebies cannot be compared with each other, there is not price for the freebie gift, they are not for sale.

  69. Preorder gift and preorder benefit hold no monetary value and cannot be contested for a refund in any part or way.

  70. Prices are subject to change based on availability, preorder before and after time and offers.

  71. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ is not responsible for a company closing or cancelling orders for a certain product, in such a case, amount would be refunded to customers.

  72. There are extra charges for COD orders unless specified.

  73. Resharing of chats is strictly prohibited from both ‘Kpopindiamerch’ and customer side. If found to be doing so, there would be a penalty.

  74. Resharing of customer reviews and stories mentions and tags is allowed.

  75. Combining of shipping addresses from multiple account claims is strictly prohibited, for every account order a new form entry is to be made.

  76. Conversations held apart from Instagram, Twitter and website  would not hold context and are invalid. 

  77. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ makes communication with customer only from email, instagram, twitter and wix. 

  78. No communication is done via whatsapp, text messages or calls hold true.

  79. Kpopindiamerch’s responsibility towards a product ends once tracking ID is mailed and activated to the customer.

  80. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ is not responsible for shipment condition during transit, such disputes can be taken up by the customer with the logistics company.

  81. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ will not share any bills with the customer, all communications would be done on chat or mail only.

  82. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ has the right to reserve trade secrets and shipping information.

  83. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ is not responsible for the order if placed on the behalf of someone else.

  84. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ condemns placing orders and reselling for other parties. It’s a purely B2C business not responsible for what the customer does with the product afterwards.

  85. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ is not responsible if your sell your claimed items with/without notice to 3rd party consumers. 

  86. ‘Kpopindiamerch’ will not indulge with 3rd party for a customer’s order.

  87. Gift wrapping service is available for Rs. 80 extra.

  88. Orders will be shipped in standard courier bags, packed either in cardboard/bubblewrap or both.

  89. All communications between ‘Kpopindiamerch’ and the customer should adhere to be polite and formal, please avoid using slangs and abusive language.

  90. Please avoid calling either on Instagram or any other numbers provided.

  91. Please avoid spamming the DM or the comment section.

  92. Please avoid changing your instagram user id and handle.

  93. Please avoid non business discussion with our business account.

  94. Please make sure to clear all pending  payments within 7 days of shipping notice.

  95. Tracking ids will strictly be mailed only.

  96. If an item cannot be shipped via Shiprocket then ‘Kpopindiamerch’ will attempt shipping from India post, in case of a cash on delivery order, the order will expire.

  97.  Entering a form detail automatically adds you to our mailing list.

  98.  Business deals, ventures and collaborations are welcomed, all such communications are to be done via email from interested parties.

  99.  Spreading of hate or malicious comments about the store or targeting store customers will lead to penalties. 

  100. Cash on delivery orders once cancelled or defaulted will ban the customer from placing any other COD order, leading them to blacklisting.
